Amalgamation of Faith Perfecting Church into the United Church of God

Following a season of prayer and fasting at their assembly, Ministers of Faith Perfecting Church (FPC) had approached Austin Road Church (ARC) on 21st January 2004 with a view to initiating an affiliation of united worship with us under our assembly's established 'United Church of God' banner.

After several meetings of discussion, prayer and fasting, ARC ministers and brethren unanimously agreed to this assimilation. As such although ach assembly will remain legally independent; we will consistently support, advise and unite with each other in our many and varied forms of worship. In order to formalize this union, a date was subsequently set for October 30, 2004, where a service was conducted.

ARC has likewise been affiliated to the Manchester United Church of God since 1986. this union has been blessed and prosperous over the years; and it is anticipated that ARC's fellowship with FPC will be equally and overwhelmingly blessed for generations to come.
